The Simpsons: Tapped Out is a city building game with a lot of mini games, tasks and quests. You have to rebuild Springfield, because our dear friend Homer accidently caused a meltdown that wiped out the beloved city.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out is completely free, but it offers in-app purchases, so you have to disable in-app purchasing using your device settings. You also need around 175 MB of free space on your device.
The graphics are really good and you will enjoy the high definition motion. The game is also available in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
